Winter in OK

I love the weather channel, seriously, I could watch it for hours. I just love it... except when I tune in to the local on the 8's and hear...

"Currently the weather in your area, snow. Blizzard conditions likely. Temperatures, cold. High 20 degrees. Low, 5 degrees. Strong winds gusting up to 40 mph. Feels like -15 degrees."

Then I peek out the window to see...
